About Me - Zach Teske

I have been a coach, private trainer and group instructor for 11 years now. I take pride in my work with all of my athletes and look to develop the entirety of the person, not just their athletic skills. I have worked with a large range of skillsets and ages; from beginner youth, to college and professional players.

My background education provides me with a unique and informed standpoint to operate within the coaching realm. This unique experience has provided many athletes the understanding they need to reach their highest potential as well as improve on themselves as people.

Education

Adler University

During my time at Adler University, my graduate studies focused on Sport and Human Performance. My time there provided perspective and understanding into the world of mental skill attainment and development.

National Louis University

At National Louis University I earned a B.S. in Counseling Psychology, focusing on electives, internships and volunteer opportunities that would keep my focus on youth, adolescents, and young adults.

College of Dupage

I started my education at College of Dupage, earning an Associates of  Arts and an Associates of Sciences. It was during my years at College of Dupage when I began my coaching career, and began my studies in counseling psychology.
